For You and Me is a project with the purpose of creating an assisted living facility for disabled individuals and their families. For You and Me will be a welcoming home to those who place a high value on their independence, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and medical care. Our mission is to offer medical support, and all that entails, in transitional phases for disabled children and adults, and to enrich their experiences by providing opportunities for active, engaged, and purposeful living. This project is designed not just our residents, but also their families, our staff, and the greater community.
